1.1  These Terms govern the relationship between kedai888 and any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the kedai888 platform (the "Platform"). The Platform includes the website kedai888.one, all associated mobile-optimised web pages, and all games, betting markets, and services accessible therein.

1.2  By completing the registration process and ticking the acceptance checkbox during sign-up, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the Platform.

1.3  These Terms should be read in conjunction with kedai888's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and kedai888.

2.1  To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on the kedai888 Platform, you must: (a) be at least 21 years of age; (b) be a natural person (corporate accounts are not permitted); (c) have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under applicable law; and (d) not be a resident of any jurisdiction where participation in online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.

2.2  kedai888 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe stipulated by kedai888 may result in suspension or permanent closure of the relevant account and forfeiture of any pending winnings.

2.3  If kedai888 reasonably suspects that an account holder is under 21 years of age, the account will be suspended immediately pending age verification. Any deposits made by an underage player will be returned without the award of winnings, and all activity conducted on the account during the underage period will be deemed void.

3.1  Each player is permitted to hold one (1) account on the kedai888 Platform. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual ("duplicate accounts") is strictly prohibited. kedai888 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and confiscate any balances or winnings associated therewith upon detection.

3.2  You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and Malaysian mobile number. You undertake to maintain the accuracy of this information and to update your account details promptly if any information changes.

3.3  You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password). You must not disclose your password to any third party. kedai888 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.

3.4  You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, you must notify kedai888 customer support immediately via the live chat function available at kedai888.one.

4.1  All financial transactions on the kedai888 Platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). kedai888 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and Public Bank online transfer. Payment methods available are subject to change; the current list is displayed at the payment/cashier section of the Platform.

4.2  Minimum deposit amounts, maximum deposit limits, and processing times are as displayed within the Platform's cashier section at the time of the transaction. These figures are subject to periodic revision and may vary by payment method.

4.3  Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically feasible. Withdrawals to a different payment instrument may require additional verification. kedai888 targets processing of 90% of withdrawal requests within one (1) hour of approval, though actual processing times may vary.

4.4  kedai888 does not accept deposits from or make withdrawals to third-party accounts. All deposits must originate from, and all withdrawals must be directed to, a payment account registered in the account holder's own name.

4.5  kedai888 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks prior to approving withdrawal requests exceeding certain thresholds. Documentation requested during such checks may include government-issued identification and proof of source of funds.

5.1  kedai888 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, reload promotions, and other promotional incentives to registered players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of the offer, including (but not limited to) wagering requirements, minimum qualifying deposit amounts, eligible games, time limits, and minimum odds restrictions.

5.2  Unless the specific terms of a promotion expressly state otherwise, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any withdrawal of bonus funds or associated winnings is permitted. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be stated in the individual promotion terms.

5.3  kedai888 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. In the event of cancellation of a bonus, any associated wagering requirement obligations will be discharged and any unconverted bonus balance will be removed from the player's account.

5.4  Abuse of bonuses — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts to claim a single promotion, matched betting, arbitrage betting, or any other strategy that kedai888 determines exploits promotional terms — may result in forfeiture of the bonus, forfeiture of associated winnings, and/or permanent account closure.

6.1  All bets and wagers placed on the kedai888 Platform are subject to the specific game rules applicable to the relevant product (sports betting, live casino, slots, crash games, or Lottery 4D), as displayed within the Platform. By placing a bet or wager, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.

6.2  Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed by the Platform, it is binding. Cancellation of accepted bets is not permitted except where expressly provided for in the applicable game rules (for example, in the event of a void sporting event).

6.3  In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or communication failure that affects the integrity of a game round or betting event, kedai888 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. The decision of kedai888 in such circumstances is final.

6.4  kedai888 reserves the right to limit bet sizes, impose maximum win caps, and restrict or close accounts where betting patterns indicate professional or systematic approaches that are inconsistent with recreational play. This right is exercised at kedai888's sole discretion.

7.1  The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the kedai888 Platform:

• Opening or operating more than one account on the Platform;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or place bets;
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in games or betting markets;
• Fraud, including the use of stolen payment credentials or falsified identity documents;
• Money laundering or using the Platform to facilitate any transaction connected to criminal proceeds;
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to access the source code of any Platform software;
• Any conduct intended to circumvent the Platform's security systems, game integrity mechanisms, or responsible gaming controls;
• Sharing your account credentials with or allowing any other person to access your account.

7.2  kedai888 reserves the right to take any and all measures it deems necessary upon detection of prohibited conduct, including immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of all balances and winnings, and referral to appropriate law enforcement authorities.

8.1  All content on the kedai888 Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, service marks, text, graphics, software, user interfaces, and game content — is the property of kedai888 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

8.2  You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without kedai888's prior written consent.

9.1  To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, kedai888's aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9.2  kedai888 shall not be liable for: (a) any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage; (b) loss of profits or anticipated savings; (c) loss of data; (d) interruptions to access caused by circumstances beyond kedai888's reasonable control, including internet service provider outages, force majeure events, or regulatory actions; or (e) any loss resulting from the player's own breach of these Terms.

10.1  The collection, processing, and storage of personal data provided by players is governed by the kedai888 Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with that Policy.

10.2  kedai888 implements appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect player data against unauthorised access, disclosure, or loss. All data transmissions between your device and the Platform are encrypted using industry-standard 256-bit SSL technology.

11.1  kedai888 is committed to the promotion of responsible gambling. The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players as standard account features: (a) deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly); (b) session time limits; (c) loss limits; (d) reality check reminders; and (e) self-exclusion (temporary or permanent).

11.2  Players who activate a self-exclusion shall be prohibited from accessing the Platform for the duration of the exclusion period. Self-exclusion requests will be processed within 24 hours of receipt. kedai888 will take all reasonable steps to honour self-exclusion requests across all Platform products.

12.1  kedai888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice where: (a) the player has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) kedai888 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, collusion, or prohibited conduct; (c) the account is subject to a law enforcement order or regulatory direction; or (d) kedai888 determines in its reasonable judgement that continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to the interests of other players.

12.2  A player may request the voluntary closure of their account at any time by contacting kedai888 customer support. Upon closure, any verified balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds.

13.1  kedai888 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where any amendment is material, kedai888 will provide reasonable notice to affected players via the email address registered to their account or via a prominent notice on the Platform, no less than seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the change.

13.2  Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you should cease using the Platform and may request account closure as provided in Clause 12.

14.1  These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through kedai888's customer support process.

14.2  If a dispute cannot be resolved through the customer support process within thirty (30) days of the dispute being raised, either party may escalate the matter. kedai888's decision on all matters relating to game outcomes, bet settlement, and bonus terms shall be final and binding, unless demonstrably erroneous.
